Expected conduct

• Be truthful in your application and about your circumstances, including any existing marriage.
• Seek marriage only. Do not use the service for any other purpose.
• Respect a decision not to proceed. Do not attempt to contact a sister or her family outside the process.
• Do not share contact details, social media, or photographs in any text on the service.

Staying safe

• Involve your family. Walis should make their own enquiries about a suitor.
• Meet only with the wali present and in an appropriate setting.
• Never send money to someone you were introduced to.

Reporting

Report anything concerning from your dashboard or the introduction page. Reports go to moderators, who may restrict accounts, close introductions and record decisions. You can also block a member so you are not matched again.
